Problem
Arc-tist Banner is a single-page creation tool for composing Chapter countries, cities, people, skyline layers, X profile previews, and a 1500x500 export without requiring a backend.
Boundaries
- The tool is a public demo and does not claim wallet ownership, official membership, or onchain identity.
- Exports are generated locally in the browser; this site does not store the created image.
- Chapter and city content is presented as creative community framing, not as official registry data.
